Cheese-Stuffed Tomatoes with Yogurt Herb Sauce

4 medium tomatoes
1 container Tnuva Cheese Spread, Original flavor
1/2 green pepper, diced fine
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small radish, grated
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper

For Yogurt Herb Sauce:
2 cups yogurt
3 tablespoons Tnuva Feta Cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons chopped chives or dill


1. In a medium bowl, combine all the filling ingredients and mix well. In a second bowl, combine the yogurt sauce ingredients. Put both bowls in the refrigerator.
2. Meanwhile, slice off the tops of the tomatoes and carefully remove the pulp with a spoon.
3. Stuff each tomato with the cheese filling and serve with the yogurt sauce on the side.
