Cheese Truffles

Cheese Truffles

Yield: 15-20 truffles

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Level: Easy

Ingredients:

5 ounces tea biscuits or vanilla cookies
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding
1 container Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
7 ounces white chocolate
2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

1. Grind cookies in a food processor.
2. In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar, Quark cheese and vanilla. Add the ground cookies and mix well.
3. With wet hands, form bite-sized balls, and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Freeze for 15 minutes.
4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Add the oil and whisk until smooth.
5. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and return to the tray.
6. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle some more cookie crumbs on top of the truffles. Freeze.
7. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
