Cheese-Veggie Kabobs
Yield: 4-5 servings

Ingredients:
2 eggs
4 tablespoons milk
Dash salt
2 teaspoons oil
4 tablespoons Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese 5%
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 small carrot, sliced
A handful cherry tomatoes
Toasted bread, cut into squares
A handful of olives
4 slices Tnuva Edam Cheese
Instructions:
1. Beat the eggs with the milk and the salt.
2. Heat the oil in the pan and pour in half the beaten egg mixture. When set, turn over and fry on the other side. Repeat with the other half. You should have two omelets.
3. Spread each omelet with Quark cheese. Roll up and slice into 1-inch pieces.
4. Optional: Use cookie cutters to cut the cucumber and carrot into cute shapes.
5. Cut each slice of Edam cheese in 3 and roll into a spiral.
6. Assemble kabobs using toast squares, omelet rolls and Edam cheese spirals, interspersed with the cucumber, carrot, cherry tomatoes and olives.
