Cheesecake Dipping Platter with Cookies

Ingredients:
Finger Cookies:
1 package Tnuva Maadanot Frozen Rolled Short Dough for Sweet Pastries
Strawberry Topping:
1 bag frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in ¼ cup water
Cheese cream:
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ cup heavy cream
Streusel:
3.5 ounces vanilla cookies, finely ground
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup pecans, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Prepare the cookies: Unroll the dough and using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut long, thin rectangles. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes or until nicely browned. Cool on a rack.
3. Prepare the strawberry topping: In a small saucepan, cook the strawberries with the sugar and the dissolved cornstarch for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from flame and cool completely.
4. Prepare the cheese cream: Beat all ingredients together until firm.
5. Prepare the streusel: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
6. To assemble: Place dollops of the cream on a pretty platter or board. Spread gently with a spoon so that the entire surface is covered. Spoon the strawberry topping all over, then sprinkle the streusel on top. Serve immediately with cookies.
