Cheesecake Truffles

Ingredients:

6 ounces vanilla cookies
4 tablespoons confectionery sugar
1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding
1 container Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese 9%
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coating:
7 ounces white chocolate
2 tablespoons oil
Cookie crumbs

Instructions

1. Crush the cookies to the consistency of fine crumbs.
2. In a large bowl, combine the confectionery sugar, pudding, cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Add the cookie crumbs and combine.
4. Using wet hands, form balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 15 minutes.
5. In a microwave, melt the white chocolate with the oil. Mix well until smooth.
6. Dip the truffles into the melted chocolate and put back onto the tray.
7. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs and freeze for another 10 minutes.
8. Store chilled.
