Chickpea Feta Salad

Ingredients:
1 can chick peas
½ lemon including peel, chopped very fine
Juice from ½ lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup olive oil
6 baby radishes, chopped fine
½ cup green onions, sliced thinly
½ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
5-7 ounces Tnuva Feta Cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the chick peas with the chopped lemon, lemon juice, seasoning and olive oil. Mix well.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss. Taste and correct seasoning.
3. Serve with a toast and sour cream.
