Ingredients:
500 grams Tnuva’s Creamy Soft Cheese 9%
Half a package of chocolate chips
Half a package of instant vanilla pudding
2 tbs. potato flour
1 cup sugar, plus 2 tbs.
1 carton of heavy cream
Instructions:
- Separate the eggs. Mix the six yolks with half a cup of sugar.
- Add 500 grams of creamy soft cheese and potato flour.
- Then, add the half a package of instant vanilla pudding and stir.
- Whisk 5 egg whites together with the remaining ½ cup of sugar. Add the egg-white mixture to the yolk mixture, and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Bake for ten min. at the oven’s highest setting; place an oven-safe bowl with water in it at the bottom of the oven. After 10 min., turn the heat down to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for half an hour.
- Whisk the remaining egg white with two tbs. of sugar. Coat the cake with this icing, and place in the oven for another 10 min.
- Remove and let cool.
- Whisk the heavy cream.
- Serve hot with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
