Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

500 grams Tnuva’s Creamy Soft Cheese 9%
Half a package of chocolate chips
Half a package of instant vanilla pudding
2 tbs. potato flour
1 cup sugar, plus 2 tbs.
1 carton of heavy cream

  1.        Separate the eggs. Mix the six yolks with half a cup of sugar.
  2.        Add 500 grams of creamy soft cheese and potato flour.
  3.        Then, add the half a package of instant vanilla pudding and stir.
  4.        Whisk 5 egg whites together with the remaining ½ cup of sugar. Add the egg-white mixture to the yolk mixture, and stir in the chocolate chips.
  5.        Bake for ten min. at the oven’s highest setting; place an oven-safe bowl with water in it at the bottom of the oven. After 10 min., turn the heat down to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for half an hour.
  6.        Whisk the remaining egg white with two tbs. of sugar. Coat the cake with this icing, and place in the oven for another 10 min.
  7.        Remove and let cool.
  8.        Whisk the heavy cream.
  9.        Serve hot with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
