Chocolate Donuts Frosted with Dark & White YOLO

Yield: 12 donuts

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup cocoa
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
2 tablespoons melted butter
Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt and sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, vanilla flavoring and butter. Pour the mixture into the flour and mix just until incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
3. Heat oil in a small pot over medium heat. Using an ice cream scoop, drop balls of dough into the hot oil. Fry for about 3 minutes until nicely browned and cooked on the inside as well. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Frost with Dark and White YOLO, as shown. Serve immediately.
