Chocolate Pancakes

Yield: approx. 20 pancakes

Ingredients:
1 container Tnuva Chocolate Pudding
2 tablespoons Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese (5% fat)
4 tablespoons self-rising flour
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 medium egg

Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and, using a tablespoon, place small dollops of the pancake batter in it, leaving a bit of space in between. Cook on medium heat and flip till golden on both sides.
3. Serve immediately, while the pancakes are piping hot! Optionally: add chocolate syrup, your favourite jam, or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
