Cool Citrus Feta Salad

2 oranges, completely peeled and cut into segments
2 cups frozen green fava (broad) beans, prepared according to the directions
1 avocado, peeled and sliced into thin strips
1 bunch fresh spearmint, washed and removed from the stems
1 package Tnuva Feta Sheep’s Milk Cheese
½ cup slivered almonds
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Sea salt, to taste
Juice from ½ lemon
Olive oil, to taste

1. Plate the orange segments around a serving plate. Toss the cooked beans and avocado slices together and arrange in the middle of the serving plate.
2. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Top with fresh mint leaves and almonds.
3. Grate the feta cheese over the salad and enjoy!
