Crispy Salad Cups with Quark Cheese

Ingredients:
2 tortillas
½ container Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese, 5%
Israeli salad made from cucumber, tomato and onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Cut out three large circles from each tortilla for a total of 6. Squeeze the circles into the cups of a muffin pan.
3. Bake for about 6 minutes, or until the tortilla is nicely browned.
4. Remove tortilla cups from muffin pan and let cool. Fill each tortilla cup with a tablespoon of Quark cheese and a tablespoon of salad. Top with a dollop of cheese and serve.
