Crispy Vegetable Quiche

Ingredients:
1 zucchini, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 potatoes, diced
1 small sweet potato, diced
4 eggs
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 slices Tnuva Edam Cheese, cut into small pieces
7 ounces Tnuva Feta Cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Combine vegetables with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Pour into a greased 9 x 13” pan and bake for an hour or until golden.
