Decadent No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Base:
5 ounces vanilla cookies, crushed
3.5 ounces halva
3.5 ounces ground walnuts
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup maple syrup
Cheese Mousse:
3.5 ounces white chocolate
¼ cup butter
½ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup instant vanilla pudding
2 containers Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
16 ounces heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the base: Combine all ingredients and press into a 10” spring form pan. Chill.
2. Prepare the cheese mousse: Put the chocolate, butter and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30-second pulses until melted. Stir until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream with the cheese and the instant pudding. Mix well.
4. Beat the cream with the sugar until firm.
5. Combine the chocolate-butter mixture with the sour cream cheese mixture, and then gently fold the mixture into the whipped cream until smooth.
6. Pour the mousse onto the chilled base. Freze overnight.
7. The next morning, decorate as desired.
