Edible Puff Pastry Cups Filled With Chocolate Mousse

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
For the cups:
1/2 pack (300 grams) of Tnuva USA “Maadanot” Pastry Dough, thawed
1 whisked egg
For the filling:
2 containers of heavy cream
1 tsp of vanilla essence
3 tbsp of sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa

Instructions:
1.Spread the dough on the surface and cut into 1 inch strips using a sharp knife or a pizza slicer
2. Use baking paper to wrap around a heat proof glass then wrap the dough around it
3. Using a brush, carefully spread a beaten egg over the dough cups and transfer to a baking pan.
4. Heat the oven to 350 F degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden on all sides.
Filling:
5. In a mixer whip the cream until it becomes a firm cream.
6. Using an icing bag in cocoa and fold to unify.
7. Mix the cocoa into the whipped cream mixture
8. After cooling the cups, gently remove the dough from the heat proof glasses.
9. Put the whipped cream in a icing bag and fill the whipped cream into the dough cups. You can decorate with a little chocolate drizzle on top.
