Ingredients:
Parmesan Cheese Latkes with Assorted Herbs

Ingredients for 6 individual servings within a round baking dish (clay/Pyrex etc.):
5.3 ounces grams grated Tnuva Parmesan Cheese
3.5 ounces grated Tnuva Mozzarella Cheese
2 ounces Tnuva Butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
5 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2 chopped basil leaves
1 tablespoon grated oregano
1 teaspoon grated thyme
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Beat the egg whites until you get a stable foam
- Melt butter in a pot, add the flour until you have a paste and stir for a minute
- Slowly sprinkle milk into the paste until it is all incorporated
- Remove from flame while mixing and stir in the egg yolks
- Add in both cheeses and herbs to the batter
- Fold egg white mixture into the batter with a spatula
- Grease the individual baking dishes and pour in the mixture
- Bake at 390 degrees F/ 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes
