Yield: 4 flatbreads

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Level: Easy

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup full-fat yogurt
3.5 ounces Tnuva Feta Sheep’s Milk Cheese
3 slices Tnuva Edam Cheese
¾ cup corn niblets, drained

Instructions:
1. Put the flour and yogurt in a mixer bowl and knead 4-5 minutes until you have a smooth dough.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the cheeses with the corn.
3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out thinly.
4. Scoop two heaping spoonfuls of the cheese-corn filling and place into the bottom half of each circle, making sure to leave the edges clear. Fold each circle into a half-moon, pressing the edges to seal so that the cheese doesn’t leak out.
5. Option 1: Brush with egg and bake in an oven that was preheated to 375⁰F until golden.
Option 2: Pan fry with a little olive oil. Turn over and fry the other side.
