GF Broccoli Quiche with Polenta Crust

Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups water
1 cup milk
¾ cup instant cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 slice Tnuva Muenster Cheese, cut into small pieces
Filling:
1 bag frozen broccoli, thawed
8 ounces heavy cream
¼ cup milk
3 eggs
4 slices Tnuva Muenster Cheese, cut into small pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Prepare the crust: Put the water and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the cornmeal, salt and cheese, and mix well. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the cornmeal thickens.
3. Transfer the cooked cornmeal into a greased spring form pan. When it cools slightly, but is still warm enough to be shaped, press down on the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
