Gluten Free Broccoli Cheese Quiche

Serves: 12

1 pack (800 grams) frozen broccoli, thawed (for a recommended 30 minutes)
2 tablespoons of oil
150 g (1/2 1 cups) of Emek Cheese flakes
100 g (1 cup) Bulgarian cheese flakes
150 g (1/2 cup) of shredded Tnuva Mozzarella
2 containers (500 ml) of cooking cream 15% white chef
5 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Salt, ground black pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the broccoli within a circular pan and brush or spray with oil. Sprinkle the cheeses on top.
2. Fry the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour into a pan.
3. Bake for 50-40 minutes, until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes before serving to allow the quiche to set.
