Gluten-Free Chocolate Cheese Brownies

7 ounces bittersweet chocolate
3.5 ounces cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup cornstarch
4 ounces ground almonds
Dash salt
Cheese mixture:
1 container Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese, 5%
1 egg
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

1. Preheat oven to 325⁰F. Melt the chocolate and the butter in the microwave.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar, cornstarch, ground almonds and eggs.
3. Combine with the chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 9”x13” pan.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the cheese with the rest of the ingredients. Pour on top of the brownie mixture and swirl to get a marble effect.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven when the center is still soft. In order to stop the baking process, put in the freezer for 2 hours.
6. Remove from freezer and cut into squares and serve.
