Gnocchi in Creamy Cheese Sauce
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:
2 packages ready-made gnocchi
8 ounces heavy cream
1 basket fresh mushrooms
1 package Tnuva Edam Cheese slices
2 pieces of Tnuva Cheese Wedges
1 tablespoon pareve chicken soup mix
2 tablespoons mushroom soup mix
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
1. Drop the gnocchi into a pot of boiling water. Cook until all the gnocchi float to the top. Remove and drain.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the mushrooms until golden. Add the cream, cheese slices, cheese wedges and the seasoning and mix well. Continue cooking on low heat until smooth.
3. Remove from heat, and add the gnocchi. Toss gently and serve.
