Greek Salad with Seared Halomi

Crisp vegetables, tangy Kalamata olives, and rich, golden Halomi come together in this classic dish with a delicious twist. Perfect for a refreshing and satisfying meal!

Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
2 small cucumbers, sliced
1/3 Spanish onion, sliced into rings
1 small green pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons Kalamata olives
3-5 slices Tnuva Halomi Cheese
Dressing:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Put all the vegetables and the olives into a serving bowl.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet and sear the Halomi slices until golden.
3. Sprinkle the vegetables with a little salt. Pour the vinegar on top and lastly, the olive oil. Toss.
4. Arrange the Halomi slices on top of the vegetables and serve immediately.
