Greek Style Warm Entrée

Serves: 4-6

Extra virgin olive oil to taste
2 sliced tomatoes
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 container of Tnuva USA Feta Cheese (sheep’s milk or cow’s milk)
1 tablespoon of fresh oregano leaves or 1 teaspoon dry oregano
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of fresh chili pepper, thinly sliced (if desired)
1 clove of garlic, crushed

1. Grease a small pan with olive oil and layer it with tomatoes, purple onion, cheese, oregano leaves, and black pepper. Add garlic and sprinkle olive oil on top.
2. Cover with foil and bake in an oven heated to 390 F for 25 minutes or until the vegetables soften and the cheese melts. Drain the excess liquid and serve warm with fresh bread on the side.
