Heart-Healthy Meal-in-One Salad

1/2 cup quinoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups frozen green beans, cooked according to package instructions
1/2 cup cooked chick peas, canned or frozen
2 cups grape tomatoes, quartered
3.5 ounces Tnuva Cow’s Milk Light Feta Cheese, cut into cubes

3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Place all dressing ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Cook the quinoa with the salt and plenty of water (like pasta) about 10 minutes, until soft. Drain well and transfer to a bowl.
3. Add the vegetables and the dressing to the quinoa and toss together. Top with cheese cubes and serve.
