Herb & Cheese Matza Brei

2 matzos, broken into pieces
2 eggs
½ cup fresh herbs, chopped
3.5 ounces Tnuva Feta Cow’s Milk Cheese
1 slice Tnuva Edam Cheese, cut into small pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying


1. Put the matzah in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Form patties from the mixture and fry for 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Serve immediately.
