Individual Rice Noodle, Corn and Cheese Cups

Serves: 8

Ingredients:
1 pack (425-400 g) of rice noodles, cooked according to instructions
1 cup Tnuva USA’s feta cheese
1 cup melted Tnuva USA goat cheese
Two slices of Tnuva USA’s Edam, torn to strips
2 beaten eggs
2 cups corn
1/2 teaspoon salt
Options for additions: Pepper cut into small cubes, olives

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease a muffin tin or mold.
2. Mix all the ingredients into a uniform mixture and transfer to the pan. Sprinkle with any extra Edam strips and bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastries are golden.
