Leftover Challah Shakshuka

Ingredients:

1 thick slice challah (stale is fine!)
4 tablespoons tomato salsa
2 tablespoons Tnuva Crumbled Feta
2 eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 390 ⁰F. Place the challah slice on a small tray. Smear with salsa. Carefully place the eggs on top. Sprinkle with Feta.
2. Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until it reaches desired level of doneness. Add some fresh chopped parsley and freshly ground pepper.
