Mac And Cheese Muffins

Prep time: 20 minutes

Serves: 12 muffins

250 grams dry short pasta (elbow pasta preferable)
1 egg
25 grams of %9 Tnuva USA Quark
50 grams Tnuva USA’s Edam Sliced Cheese
50 grams Tnuva USA’s Light Feta
A little salt and pepper
A handful of fresh basil leaves (optional)
A dash of chili pepper (optional)
For topping:
Chives, chopped (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place paper muffin cups in a muffin pan.
2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
3. Mix all the ingredients well and fill the paper cups.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffins are firm.
Decorate with chopped chives, serve hot.
