Ingredients:
1 Tnuva Maadanot Malawach, thawed to room temperature
2 slices Tnuva Swiss Cheese
3 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Place the malawach on a piece of parchment paper.
2. Spread the tomato sauce over half of the malawach. Top with cheese and mushrooms.
3. Fold over so that you have a semicircular shape.
4. Place together with the parchment paper in a sandwich maker and heat until the cheese is melted and the dough is flaky.
