Melted Feta Cheese with Vegetables

Olive oil
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 Spanish onion, thinly sliced
1 container Tnuva Light Feta Cheese, sliced
1 teaspoon oregano
Freshly ground black pepper, according to taste
Dash chili pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed


1. Preheat oven to 400 ⁰F. Grease an 8″ pan with olive oil and arrange layers according to the order of appearance in the recipe, starting with tomato and ending with the garlic. Sprinkle some more olive oil on top.
2. Cover with silver foil and bake for 25 minutes, until vegetables are soft and the cheese is melted. Drain excess liquid and serve with crusty bread.
