Ingredients:

¼ cup Tnuva Zees spread (any flavor)
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
Dash baking powder

Instructions:

1. Put the Tnuva Zees in a microwavable mug. Add the egg and mix well.
2. Combine the flour with a tiny bit of baking powder and add to the mug. Mix until smooth.
3. Put in the microwave and cook for 45 seconds – 1 minute (depending on how hot your microwave is).
4. The cake is cooked when the top is firm.
4. Remove from microwave and let cool a few minutes before digging in. Enjoy!

Spread a little more Tnuva Zees spread on top of the cooled cake and top with mini marshmallows to make it look like a mug of hot chocolate!
