Mushrooms Stuffed With Goat Cheese And Olive Tapenade
A delicious, hearty entrée. Sophisticated and fancy, and yet – super-easy to make!

Ingredients:
1/2 jar of Olivia’s Olive Tapenade (Black & Green Olives Spread)
1 lb of button mushrooms
1 tube (7.05 oz) of Tnuva Goat Cheese
1 cup chopped roasted almonds
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Remove the mushroom stems to create room for the cheese and olive mixture.
2. Combine the Olive Tapenade, the cheese, the almonds and the black pepper, and mix well.
3. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and bake in the oven preheated to 350 °F for 10 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
