No-Bake Cheese-Filled Hamantaschen

Ingredients:
8 ounces chocolate cookies
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons cream or milk
2 tablespoons confectionary sugar
Filling:
3.5 ounces white chocolate
2 tablespoons cream
1/2 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
Instructions:
1. Put the cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
2. Add the butter, cream or milk and the confectionary sugar and pulse until all the ingredients are incorporated. Chill for at least half an hour.
3. Put the chocolate with the cream into a small microwave-proof bowl. Heat in the microwave until just melted. Stir until smooth. Fold into the cheese and mix well.
4. Remove a small piece of the crumb mixture and shape into a hamantaschen with a well in the center.
5. Fill with a spoonful of the cheese mixture. Place on a plate and chill for at least one hour, so that the hamantaschen hold their shape.
6. These hamantaschen last for up to 4 days in the fridge.
