Oreo Cookie Swiss Roll

Ingredients:

12 ounces Oreo cookies (about 33 cookies)
½ cup Tnuva Zees spread, Oreo cookie flavor
2 tablespoons milk

Filling:
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
1 8-ounce container heavy cream
3 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding
Cocoa for sprinkling on top

Instructions:

1. Separate the Oreo cookies and scrape out the cream filling.
2. Put all the Oreo cookies (without the cream) into a food processor together with the Zees spread and blend until smooth.
3. Prepare the filling: In a mixer bowl, add the Oreo cream filling to the Tnuva cheese spread, and beat until smooth. Add the cream and the pudding to the mixture and beat until smooth. Set aside 1/3 of the filling to frost the roll.
4. Place the brown Oreo cookie mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, and cover with a second piece of plastic wrap. Gently roll out to the shape of a rectangle. Remove the top piece of plastic wrap, and spread 2/3 of the filling on top. Roll up from the long end of the rectangle. Cool for at least 6 hours in the fridge.
5. Before serving, frost the roll with the remaining filling.
6. Dust the top with cocoa and serve.
