Orzo With Feta And Basil

Feta is the freshest of the cheeses and perfect for summer! We love this orzo, basil and feta combo, from the mind of Jamie Geller. It’s so simple but it such a perfect and symbiotic mixture of carbs, proteins and greens, we just can’t get enough of it.

Prep time: 15 min

Serves: 2

½ pound orzo
2 cups vegetable broth
½ pound Tnuva Crumbled Feta
¼ cup fresh chopped basil
Freshly ground black pepper

1. Cook orzo according to package directions, using vegetable broth instead of water.
2. Transfer orzo to a large bowl and toss with feta and basil. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
