Phyllo Pastry with Spinach and Labaneh

Ingredients:
1 container Tnuva Labaneh, 5%
1 package Tnuva Muenster Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
½ cup flour
1 egg
2 packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
Salt & pepper to taste
1 package Maadanot Frozen Rolled Turkish Phyllo Dough
1 egg, beaten
Garnish:
1 cup grape tomatoes
½ container Tnuva Labaneh, 5%
Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Open up the Turkish phyllo dough. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, Divide into 8 rectangles.
3. Place one of the rectangles on a floured surface. Arrange filling along one of the long sides of the rectangle. Roll up like a jelly roll, then twist so that it has a spiral shape, as shown. Repeat with the rest of the rectangles.
4. Arrange all the spirals on a baking pan. Brush with beaten egg.
5. Bake at 350⁰F for 30-35 minutes or until nicely browned.
6. Cool slightly. Decorate with tomatoes, labaneh and basil leaves.
