Pizza Bites

Ingredients:

Dough:
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon dry yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 ¼ cups water (if the dough is dry, add more water, one tablespoon at a time)

Filling:
Pizza sauce
6 Tnuva Edam Slices, cut into small pieces
Sliced olives
3.5 ounces Tnuva Feta, crumbled

Instructions:

1. In a mixer bowl with dough hook, add the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and water. Knead together for a few minutes until a dough forms.
2. Add the dough and continue kneading for another 8 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Dough should be a little sticky.
3. Cover the bowl with the dough and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
4. After rising, divide dough into about 15 equal pieces and form balls.
5. Place each ball on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with a towel and let rise about 30 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 400 ⁰F. After the dough has risen, press down in the middle of each ball to form a depression. Fill with pizza sauce, cheese and olives.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.
