Pizza Corkscrew Sticks

1 package Tnuva Maadanot Frozen Rolled Puff Pastry Dough for Sweet and Savory Pastries
4 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic granules
4 tablespoons warm water
1 teaspoon oregano
¼ cup green olives, pitted and finely chopped
1 package Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces

1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon milk

1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine the tomato paste, olive oil, garlic and basil and mix well.
3. Open out the puff pastry dough and divide into 2 equal parts. Spread the tomato mixture on one half of the dough. Sprinkle the olives and Edam cheese pieces on top. Cover with the second half of the dough and press down gently. Brush with egg wash.
4. Using a pizza cutter, cut through all layers, forming long ribbons, about 1-inch wide. Twist each ribbon and carefully place on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
