Pizza Rolls

4 cups flour
1 tablespoon dried yeast
¼ cup oil
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
4 slices Tnuva Edam Cheese, cut into small pieces
6 tablespoons dried tomato spread
1 teaspoon dried basil

1. Put all the dough ingredients except for the salt in a mixer bowl. Knead with the dough attachment for 2 minutes.
2. Add the salt and continue kneading for another 7 minutes until you have a soft dough.
3. Cover the dough and let rise until double in bulk.
4. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Cover a large baking pan with parchment paper.
5. Combine all the filling ingredients in a small bowl.
6. Divide t he dough into 12 equal balls. Using your hands, flatten each ball and place about a teaspoon of filling into the center. Close the dough around the filling so that you have a round ball.
7. Place the filled dough balls on the baking pan, smooth side up. Cover and let rise.
8. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 25-35 minutes until nicely browned on top.
