Portobello Mushroom & Spicy Swiss Habanero Pasta

4 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
1 pound portobello mushrooms, sliced
2 sprigs thyme
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
16 ounces half-and-half
1 package Tnuva Swiss Habanero cheese, grated
1 package (16 ounces) pasta

1.Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant. Do not let the garlic brown.
2. Add the mushrooms, thyme and seasoning and saute for several minutes, until the mushrooms are soft. Remove thyme.
3. Add the half-and-half to the skillet and bring to a boil. Add half of the cheese and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and immediately combine with the sauce.
5. Serve with the rest of the grated Tnuva Swiss Habanero cheese on top.
