Potato, Egg, And Feta Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
3-4 cooked/steamed/baked potatoes, peeled and sliced
3-4 green onion stems, finely chopped
2 pickles, sliced
150 grams of Tnuva’s Crumbled Sheep Feta
2 hardboiled eggs, roughly chopped

For the dressing:
1 tsp. dijon mustard
3 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. white vinegar
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowls and mix well.
2. Pour all of the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake thoroughly. Drizzle over the salad, and mix well. Serve immediately.
