Potatoes Au Gratin

Serves: 4

5 large potatoes
1/4 of the 7.05 oz package Tnuva Unsalted Butter, melted
Full carton (8 fl oz) heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the top layer: 1/2 package Tnuva Edam Cheese

1. Bring water to a boil in a medium pot.
2. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and slice into thin circles.
3. Cook the potato slices in boiling water for 10 minutes.
4. Mix the remaining ingredients into a uniform mixture in a separate bowl.
5. Heat the oven to 370⁰F.
6. Arrange the potato slices in the baking pan.
7. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes, covering them evenly.
8. Spread the slices of Edam cheese over the top.
9. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden with crispy bubbles at the top.
