Pudding Cake

Baking pan: 10’’ round pan
Ingredients:
Full package (7.05 oz) Tnuva Butter
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 Tnuva USA Chocolate Pudding Cups
2.5 cups flour (or plain flour + baking powder)
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Instructions:
1. Melt the sugar and butter in a frying pan on a low heat until they mix well. Add the eggs one by one.
2. Add the puddings and self-rising flour (or regular flour and baking powder mix), cocoa powder and rum extract. Mix together until smooth.
3. Transfer to a cake 10’’ round cake pan or 2 long elongated pans and bake at 350⁰F for about 25 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick into it and it comes out clean
