Quick Cream Cheese Sufganiyot

3 eggs
¼ cup sugar
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
¼ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest from ½ lemon
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for sprinkling


1. Prepare the dough: In a medium bowl, add the eggs, sugar, cheese, cream, vanilla and lemon zest. Mix well. Add the flour and baking powder and combine.
2. In a small pot, heat enough oil so that you have at least 3 inches of oil.
3. Drop the batter into the oil using 2 teaspoons. Fry about 4 at a time, until the sufganiyot are golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbent paper.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
