Quick mushroom and cheese casserole

Serves: 6

Ingredients
2 packs of button mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
3 medium eggs
2 packs of Tnuva Quark cheese 5%
1 full package (7.05 oz) Tnuva Goat cheese
2/3 cup white flour
Teaspoon baking powder
Tablespoon bread crumbs for decoration

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters.
3. Heat a pan with olive oil. Chop and fry the onion until it becomes translucent.
4. Add in mushrooms and fry them together with the onions until the mushrooms shrink.
5. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Cool.
6. Transfer the cooled vegetables to a large bowl and add the eggs, cheese, flour and baking powder, and then stir well until you get a uniform mixture.
7. Place the mixture in a greased pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for about 30-40 minutes until the pies are golden and firm on the inside. Serve warm.
