Salad With Arugula, Figs And Feta Cheese

5 figs, quartered
1 package of arugula
1/3 cup of mint leaves
1 package of Tnuva Goat’s Milk Feta or Feta Light Cheese
3-4 tablespoons of pine nuts
fresh ground black pepper, according to taste
salt, according to taste
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey

1.  In a bowl, toss the fig quarters, arugula and mint leaves. Place the salad into individual serving dishes.
2. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the salad and top with pine nuts.
3. Season the salad with salt and pepper according to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, and enjoy!
