Shakshuka with Cheese, Tuna and Tomatoes

5 red ripe tomatoes
1 fresh, medium red pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
sweet paprika to taste
1 cup tuna
Sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Chopped onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
4 eggs
½ cup Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese

1. Dice tomatoes and pepper.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil onto a pan and sauté onions for about 5 minutes.
3. Add in tomatoes, sweet paprika and pepper. Stir together with the onions and sauté on medium heat for 10 minutes.
4. Add the ketchup and garlic with the tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes while stirring. Add some water to create a delicate sauce and stir well.
5. Add tuna to the boiling mixture and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
6. Create 4 wells in the sauce and pour cracked eggs into the wells. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes at a gentle boil.
7. Add cheese onto the shakshuka and let cook for another 3-4 minutes.
8. Remove from heat and serve.
