Spinakopita Bites

Ingredients:

1 package Tnuva Maadanot Puff Pastry, thawed according to package directions
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
12 ounces Tnuva Feta Cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
7 ounces chopped spinach
Egg for brushing and sesame seeds for sprinkling

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Combine the cheeses with the spices and spinach. Mix well.
3. Open up the puff pastry on a work surface and slice lengthwise so that you have two rectangles.
4. Place the filling in a line in the very center of each rectangle, so that you use up all the filling.
5. Fold the dough over the filling, and then turn over so that the seam side is down.
6. Slice each rectangle into 10 equal pieces, and arrange on a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper.
7. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds liberally. Bake for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
8. Let cool and serve.
