Strawberry Cheesecake

3 containers Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese 5% or 9%
4 eggs, separated
3 tablespoons potato starch
¾ cup sugar, divided
5 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 8-ounce container heavy cream
3 tablespoons sugar
Fresh strawberries for decorating


1. Preheat oven to 350⁰.
2. In a large bowl, combine the egg yolks, potato starch, half of the sugar, pudding and sour cream. Mix well.
3. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff. Fold into the cheese mixture and mix well.
4. Transfer to a 10-inch spring form pan and bake for about an hour or until golden on top. Remove from oven and let cool.
5. Beat the heavy cream with the sugar until soft peaks form. Frost the cake and decorate with strawberries.
