Ingredients:
Streusel:
3 ½ tablespoons Tnuva butter
¼ cup brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
Cream:
1 8-ounce container heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
½ container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
About 18 large strawberries, diced
Instructions:
1. For the streusel, put the butter, brown sugar and flour in a bowl. Mix with a fork until you have a mixture that is the consistency of coarse crumbs.
2. Bake the streusel at 325 ⁰F for about 15 minutes. Stir and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool.
3. Beat the heavy cream with the sugar until thickened. Add the cheese and fold in by hand just until incorporated.
4. To assemble the dessert: Arrange 6 glass cups on a tray. Fill each cup with a tablespoon of streusel. Add strawberries, about 2 tablespoons of cream and then sprinkle with the remaining streusel.
5. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 8 hours before serving.
